Description:To verify the expression of the dysregulated lncRNAs in each sample, RT-qPCR was performed on 10 randomly selected lncRNAs, including 5 upregulated (TCONS_00023744, TCONS_00004224, ENST00000552663.1, ENST00000417305.1 and TCONS_00018111) and 5 downregulated (ENST00000532124.1, ENST00000419223.1, ENST00000507856.1, TCONS_00012819 and ENST00000506645.1) lncRNAs.
