Description:the differential lncRNA expressions between astrocytic gliomas with or without IDH1 mutation. By comparing the IDH1 mutant (n=33) and wild-type (n=95) GBMs (grade IV astrocytoma),14 lncRNA probe sets (corresponding to 13 unique lncRNAs) were identified to be significantly different. Of these 14 probe sets,7 were down-regulated and 7 were up-regulated in the IDH1 mutant GBM samples as compared to the wild-type ones.
