Description:the expression level of HOTAIR was significantly upregulated in tumor tissues compared with adjacent healthy tissues (P<0.05) in 46/51 patients. Therefore, it was concluded that the lncRNA HOTAIR may promote cancer cell energy metabolism in pancreatic adenocarcinoma by upregulating HK2.
