Description: After LINC00525 was downregulated in spinal chordoma cells, there were inhibitory effects on cell proliferation, migration, invasion and EMT but a promoting effect on cell apoptosis.All these results suggested that LINC00525 targeted miR-31-5p and miR-125a-5p to promote the tumorigenesis and progression of spinal chordoma.
