Description:The expressions of lncRNA APPAT, Pkp1 protein levels and miR-328a were commonly expressed in breast cancer cells. LncRNA APPAT regulated the proliferation, migration, invasion of breast cancer by regulating miR-328a/Pkp1 signaling pathway, providing a novel possible strategy for the treatment of breast cancer.
