Description: The expression of lncRNA TUBA4B was significantly decreased in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue specimens. Enforced expression of lncRNA TUBA4B obviously reduced the proliferation of SKOV3 cells, and attenuated the activation of ERK and Akt signaling pathways.
