Description:SNHG6 was more expressed in CRC tumors than non-tumor tissues. In tumor tissues, SNHG6 upregulation and tumors' grade progression were concurrent. SNHG6 was upregulated in cases with lymphovascular invasion than in cases with perineural invasion.
