Description:The results showed that TNK2 AS1 overexpression promoted the malignant behaviors of AGS cells, which could be weakened by miR-125a-5p mimic addition. In addition, Jumonji, At-rich interaction domain (JARID2), and phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3K)/AKT pathway were regulated by TNK2-AS1/miR-125a-5p axis.
