Description:Results were consistent with our bioinformatic forecast: the expression of lncRNA-CASC8 and TOB1 was significantly upregulated in PAAD samples compared to in adjacent normal tissues, while the expression of miR-129a-5p was significantly down-regulated. Furthermore, expression status of lncRNA-CASC8 was detected in PAAD cell lines (Figure 7D). Results indicated that BXPC3 showed the highest expression level and Panc-1 had the lowest. Moreover, the expression levels of lncRNA-CASC8 in all PAAD cell lines were significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic ductal epithelium cells (HPDE cell line) (Figure 7D).
